Today was an incredible first day back in Kenya! After flying into Eldoret, we made the familiar drive to Kitale, checked into the hotel, and quickly joined our team on the field. Our Campaign Director, Mercy, was there to greet us with her usual warm smile a reminder of the joy that fills this ministry. I spent the day serving alongside Peter, Mispah, and Doreen, and together we witnessed both physical and spiritual transformation in the homes we visited.
Jacqueline’s Story
Jacqueline’s family has battled typhoid for many years due to contaminated water. Since receiving the filter, their health has completely turned around. The simple gift of clean water has restored health, peace, and hope to their home
Damaris Finds Assurance
Damaris, a faithful Seventh-day Adventist, shared that she attended church but wasn’t sure where she would go when she died. After Peter shared the Romans Road, Damaris prayed the prayer of salvation. Today, she has the assurance of eternal life and a new joy in her faith.

Family Transformed — Sara, Margaret, Michelle & Esther
In another home, we met Sara (17), Michelle (13), Margaret (42), and Esther (36). Although the family attended church, Sara and Michelle had never personally accepted Jesus. Peter shared the Gospel, and both daughters prayed to receive Christ as their Lord and Savior. It was a powerful moment of grace and unity for the whole family.
End of Day Reflections
As the sun set, our team gathered for an end-of-day meeting. The unity, faith, and passion within The Filter Project Kenya team continues to grow stronger each day. We’re not just seeing more filters distributed — we’re seeing lives changed and faith deepened in every community we serve.
