Partnering to share the Gospel

“In all my prayers for all of you, I always pray with joy because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now, being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.” Philippians 1:3-6

Over the years, our family has supported several pastors through Light Ministries led by our good friend, Mike Curry. Today we had the blessing of visiting the schools, churches, and feeding stations in Mathare and Tasia.  Pastor Harrison and Christine in Tasia and Pastor Kennedy and Faustine in Mathare work joyfully and tirelessly serving these two communities. Their ministries are a bright light in their neighborhoods and we witnessed how God has blessed their families and those they serve.

The Filter Project gifted water filters to Pastor Kennedy so that the 200 children who attend the school along with the teachers and staff will have clean drinking water.  On Sunday, I will be sharing my testimony and the story of The Filter Project with the Tasia Church and we will also supply them with filters for their school.

Partner with us

As The Filter Project continues to grow, we will partner with Light Ministries and local pastors to provide the gift of clean, pure drinking water and share the Gospel of Christ. Our missions perfectly align as we strive to share Christ’s love throughout their communities. This evening, we had the privilege of sharing a meal with these great partners.  Now, more than ever the call to do this work is crystal clear.  I’ve never wanted to pursue anything more than God’s plans for The Filter Project. I ask for your prayerful consideration to partner with us today!
